We have an open position in Corporate IT Core Infrastructure in Billund, Denmark, and we are looking for talent to help us transition to the cloud and run our global on-premise data centers. As an infrastructure engineer in our team, you have influence over your tasks and can pursue your personal interests. We expect you to grapple with a broad range of technologies and issues, but we provide you with the artistic freedom to decide how to best make a difference for the LEGO Group. Your tasks may include:

  • Manage, monitor and automate different technologies like Cisco and HP networks, VMware and PowerVM virtualization, Windows, Linux, and AIX OS, HP, IBM and Dell server/storage, AWS and Azure/O365 cloud technologies

  • Establish a hybrid IT infrastructure and deliver backend support as IT subject matter expert across the whole IT infrastructure stack

  • Migrate business critical workloads to AWS, establish cloud network management, and rewire our work processes for hybrid and cloud-only IT infrastructures

  • Implement automation and increased security, standardisation and optimized capacity management, life cycle management and monitoring of servers

  • Design and implement secure and autoconfigured large-scale network solutions on LEGOs global locations, such as the factories in Mexico, Czech Republic, China and Hungary, and the new 50.000 m2 headquarter in Billund.
