You will be passionate about contributing to inspiring and exciting content that will catapult the LEGO brand into one of best content creators on YouTube.
Your specific tasks include:
Defining audience segments and trends across YouTube that are relevant to the LEGO brand
Paid and organic optimisation of content
Collating insights and evaluation of consumer behaviours that can be translated and applied to content development
Track and communicate YouTube specific metrics
Setting up relevant KPIs for content
Building cases and reports for internal use

The Global Social Media team is responsible for delivering excellent experiences with compelling content across its platforms for both adults and kids alike. Through innovative ideas, speed and agility, the LEGO Group want to create success across social media by owning the conversations around kids’ creativity, imagination and maintain their interest in the LEGO brand and building. The Social Media team is building a specialist team dedicated to the immense growth of the YouTube channel and offerings. This newly created role will be part of a “lab” set-up, where the you will be required to work closely with the head of the lab to run test and learn initiatives that can be executed in real time and scaled globally. Strong knowledge of the YouTube platform and video production, as well as the creative skillset required to deliver a cutting-edge content that is native to the platform, is vital.
Do you have what it takes?
Excellent English skills are a must
Thorough experience in Digital Marketing and a passion for the digital space
A strong understanding of the YouTube platform and how it works, with a proven track record of using YouTube Analytics and Google AdWords
Running paid campaigns across the YouTube network
Experience with measuring campaign and content performance and feeding results back into the content creation process
Experience with analysing consumer insights and feeding information back into content creation to maximize the value
A can-do-mentality and high focus on result orientation
Being a team player who can bring Fun and Learning into the team.
