Drive The LEGO® Group’s local digital marketing strategy

We’re looking for an innovative, strategically oriented individual to craft and execute digital and social plans that attract and inspire our customers across web, mobile, gaming and more.

Create iconic digital experiences for an iconic brand

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy in Australia and New Zealand

• Ensure both mass media and direct to consumer marketing plans are in alignment

• Record trends and learnings on consumers’ digital habits and share learnings with the brand/trade marketing team and key account manager

• Partner with media agencies to bring digital plans to life

• Partner with ecommerce and key account managers to ensure ideal online research and shopping experience

• Represent the local marketing team to co-create APAC digital directives and initiatives with the regional team

Digital directives for real-world results

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the way our brand speaks to consumers and shoppers. You’ll work with the local and regional marketing teams, media agencies and key account managers to build memorable, integrated and aligned LEGO® experiences. Your work across paid digital media, web and mobile platforms, social, gaming and retailer media will fuel our consumers' creativity. On each platform and with each interaction, you’ll capture analytics on media performance and consumer preference, building our knowledge and improving our capabilities. With your communication and listening skills, you’ll elevate our strategies in an imaginative and supportive environment.

We’re looking for collaboration and time management skills as well as:

• University degree or relevant technical and further education (TAFE) diploma in digital marketing or related area

• At least five years’ of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on developing and executing business to consumer (B2C) digital marketing projects

• Strong analytical skills and experience with project key performance indicator (KPI) evaluation with Google Analytics

• International digital project experience preferred

• Hands-on experience as an extended member of a regional/global digital project preferred

• Established record of driving strong digital development strategy in B2C industry and achieving results

• Ability to show concrete examples of collaboration and continuity

• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
