You ensure constant market optimization

You will join The Secondary School team in “Solution & Product Development” within LEGO Education where we deliver playful learning experiences for Middle and High School students and teachers. As Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Secondary School team in reaching our business goals. We lead with LEGO MINDSTORMS® Education, and you support your colleagues in both the development of exciting new projects as well as management and maintenance of products that are already well established in the markets. You also collaborate with the other marketing teams and the Brand, Insights and Communications team to develop relevant sales enablement material, support at events and monitor competitors. Travelling approximately 10 days a year, you also attend events and visit sales offices locally.

Specifically, you will:

• Be responsible for smaller development and maintenance projects on products that are already in the market

• Be responsible for activities such as product photoshoots, input to catalogues and maintenance of our marketing systems

• Support on bigger product launches

• Drive selected tasks within product development and optimization

Marketer with stakeholder management skills

With LEGO being a matrix organization, your stakeholder management skills are vital. It is important that you can communicate well with everyone, take in input to understand the markets and come up with innovative ideas. Your qualifications:

• You hold a master degree in marketing or equivalent and a couple of years of experience within marketing and/or communication/product development.

• You have a good business understanding and preferably experience with STEAM and/or from the educational sector.

• You have flair for digital solutions and you are not afraid of trying out new technologies

• You know how to run small projects independently.

• You speak and write English effortlessly.
