Help us achieve our mission of inspiring children

At the LEGO Group, we are all about a sense of adventure and what you can achieve if you really put your heart and soul into it. Moreover, you become part of a brand whose ultimate purpose is to inspire and develop children to think creatively, reason systematically and realise their potential.

Do you have what it takes?

The challenge is to strike the right balance between detail and speed to ensure timely product approvals as well as balance the timing of external requests with the availability of our internal content assets. To do so, your work experience should include the following:

  • Have a solid track record in a co-ordinating function, preferably with contact to product related to kidswear, toys or movies

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Solid IT skills and the confidence to navigate new systems

  • The ability to multitask and keep a cool head in a busy environment, prioritising and juggling multiple demands in a timely manor

  • A strong team player and communicator, with excellent English (as most partners are English speaking)

  • Provide some flexibility in terms of working hours, as our global licensing partners are based in multiple time zones. Occasional travel will be required

Bringing it to life

“This is a fun and rewarding job in a dynamic and friendly environment, working directly with highly passionate and skilled colleagues whom never stop inspiring me. It is incredibly motivating to see the product you played a part in developing being sold in some of the world’s leading retailers. It feels great to know that through licensed product you are both introducing new consumers to our core brick for the first time, but also deepening the engagement our existing fans, young and old have with LEGO.”
