Make every game a LEGO® game

You will join a team of highly passionate and dedicated game industry professionals. LEGO Digital Games is managing all LEGO games - and the marketing team has an essential role across the full portfolio. You will be part of the Toys-to-Life team that is focusing on integrating physical toys and games in one seamless experience.

You will be the primary driver of the commercial and business strategic aspects of the projects, so you:

  • Set commercial game direction for Toys-to-Life projects and define business reasons and logic.

  • Share forecasts and insights, which you collect in collaboration with LEGO Global Insights.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners and ensure engagement in the partnerships.

  • Engage in new potential partnership and establish business growth opportunities

  • Own and drive the strategic commercial planning and execution of the portfolio in companionship with relevant partners and marketing managers.

The LEGO Games strategy is highly based on an external partnership and developer model. So, a major part of your job is to nurture a strong network with significant partners across the globe.

People person with digital marketing experience

To sell an idea and help it come alive is key to succeeding in your job. You need solid communication skills as well as strategic insight and management flair. We have a strong digital power and a high internal reach, but there is still a need to influence internal decision stakeholders for scoping and engaging in? projects . Your qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience with marketing, insights, and managing partnerships.

  • Experience in creating business cases with realistic insights-based forecasts.

  • Preferably experience and network within gaming or a related industry.

  • Hold a degree in Marketing and are experienced in managing, analysing and using insights to set commercial goals for games

  • You have a real interest in games and the digital space, preferably combined with hands-on experience.

  • Are able to handle multiple projects of various nature and scope simultaneously

  • Strong people and communication skills
