Deliver high quality support to MST Horizon

MST delivers end-2-end digital IT products and services to the COO ELT area. The organization consist of several teams, each with a distinct ownership of a portfolio products and services. The Horizon team delivers IT part of the transformational program Horizon. This aims at building the future supply chain planning platform and processes by understanding, analyzing and preparing large datasets. IT understands the business requirements and supports the business in choosing the best suitable solution. The technical platform is based on the JDA product suite.

We have two open roles each supporting key areas of daily business, and thus having different focus:

1) Support the consultants enabling new IT solutions

  • Analyse and explore opportunities in the IT solutions

  • Have interest in developing IT solutions

  • Feel energized by deep diving into technical aspects of the IT solutions

  • Participate in proof of concepts and bringing IT solution to life

  • Support the consultants in all kind of project related task – such as but not limited to - decision documents, facilitation of workshops and business relationship management

2) Support the leadership team

  • All kind of facilitation and workshop planning to further develop the team

  • Participate in people change management process creating presentation material, engaging with stakeholders and conduction change activities

  • Work with stakeholder management

  • Scrum master and responsible for team backlog

  • Maintaining team sites as O365 and Microsoft TFS

  • Drive continuous improvement activities

Besides being ambitious and eager to learn, you are helpful and known as a team player, who can collaborate with colleagues from around the world. Your background:

  • You are pursuing a bachelor or master degree in a relevant field like business administration, communication, or other relevant studies with high focus on Information technology

  • You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, specially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • You have strong communication skills, are systematic and thorough, and thrives with administrative tasks – you are energized by helping others

  • You are fluent in English (written and oral), and preferably you also speak Danish

  • You have experience form one or more student jobs
