Ensure scalable integration of user-generated content
As our new UGC Asset Manager, you will be responsible for scalable integration of user-generated content developed by Adult Fans of LEGO® (AFOL). A primary task will be to initiate and evolve a strategic road map for how to further develop integration as well as the tools necessary to secure value optimisation, measure performance and effectively credit and compensate contributors of user-generated content. Reporting to the head of the AFOL Engagement department, you will:
Lead user-generated content integration from AFOL Engagement activities towards the business to ensure the optimal realisation of user-generated value
Drive value optimisation of assets through performance analysis and reporting
Evolve and optimise content integration processes, formats and tools that link across digital channels and marketing development processes
Take an active role in the Business Integration core team to secure internal alignment and a holistic approach to delivering integrated marketing solutions based on user-generated content
Support the executions of UGC sourcing within the AFOL Engagement department through the interface and alignment with global franchise teams and the LEGO Agency
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
You will collaborate with all teams in the AFOL Engagement department, the LEGO Agency, Digital Engagement channels and other stakeholders within the LEGO Group. Through this cooperation, you will drive analytics and develop strategies for scaling content integration and identifying new opportunities for the use of user-generated content.

Digital native with a strategic outlook
You are a digital native who is energised by working with new and unproven or non-standard initiatives. Moreover, you are a strong team player who can collaborate across functional areas as you will assume a great deal of cross-channel and cross-department collaboration with multiple stakeholders involved.
You have 3+ years of experience within marketing , project management or business development, giving you a good understanding of analytics and strategic content management.
You hold a BA degree or higher within marketing or open innovation management.
You have a great awareness about user communities and brand advocacy.
You speak and write English effortlessly.
