We are looking for a Partering and Operations Manager who can build a consistent and sustainable Training Organization based on LEGO learning principles and by deployment of standardized Learning Center processes.
As leading role in this area, you will:
• Build knowledge and skills systematically to enable growth and development of the organization in Operations
• Deploy and apply a global mind-set across manufacturing sites through global collaboration, knowledge sharing, and transfer activities
• Develop new learning initiatives within skills and knowledge acquisition to meet business objectives
Act as an indirect leader coordinating the local team and representing the Global Manager on relevant meetings to know how to support business objectives.
Communicate to Global Manager the site plans and requirements and escalate local restrictions
Build and develop training organization in cooperation with Line Management, Training Manager and other training responsible.
Selecting/recruiting, developing, motivating and evaluating the sites training profiles;
Create bridge between the competency overview, skills matrix, training plans and other competency tools
Implementation and follow up on the global framework, training, courses, document templates, documentation content and the global standard process for job training with focus on SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Development, Cost, People)
Focus on develop or improve the training methods, document templates and ensure global sharing.
Ensure standard processes and documentation regarding training and training material (“Standard work”)
Facilitate and support Functional Area Master Trainer in site creating networks and alignment between sites
Lead global Learning Center initiatives and promote networking with other Learning Centers Consultants.
Delivery of approved learning measurements and objectives
Close cooperation with LCI department (e.g. standardized work, Lean tools, LCI program and similar)
Coordination of roll out and administrative support to global tools (LMS and similar)
Do you have what it takes?
• Experience: 5+ years on background on training administration or teaching
• Education: Business Bachelor or Engineering
• Skills: Training / Facilitation Skills. 2+ years leading people or multifunctional team, operation processes.
• Knowledge: English Advanced, Advanced excel, macros.
