The Consumer Services Advisor will deal with all consumer inquiries and Shop-At-Home consumer orders over the telephone as well as by email in a Fun, Reliable, Knowledgeable, and Engaging way.

They will log all these incoming contacts in CRM in a professional and timely manner to ensure consumer data is recorded accurately for order processing and data analysis. They will increase sales by engaging the consumer and exploring all sales.

Support the Business Operations Team in the Contact Center

This role is part of the Operations Team in Consumer Services and reports into the Team Leader Operations. The role of Consumer Services is to support all LEGO sales and brand experiences with a world class Consumer Service handling all inbound consumer contacts in a way that lives up to the expectations of the LEGO brand and that benchmarks with other premium brands

• Act as front-line guardians of consumer/shopper experience and brand reputation.

• Actively play a part in deepening the level of engagement each consumer has with the LEGO brand.

• Broadcast the voice of the consumer around the company.

• Create value by continually improving efficiency and increasing self service contacts..

• Engage with consumers all over the world from our Contact Center in Enfield

What you’ll need:

• Good attention to detail

• Organised and able to prioritise

• Effective communication and collaboration

• Able to work under pressure

• Positive attitude

• Good PC literacy

• Aptitude to learning systems and processes quickly

• High level of customer focus

• Problem-solving skills

• CRM knowledge is a bonus

• Relevant experience in a similar role preferred

• Experience in a consumer facing environment preferred

• Native proficiency level in English and Spanish language

• Proven skilled relationship-builder with consumers and team-mates

• Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Self-lead individual, who is motivated to take ownership and resolving issues

• Must be available to work M-F and holiday shifts during and after training as required in order to support our consumers

• Ability to work 12PM – 8PM EST
