Are you a JDA wizard who has experience building and implementing Supply Chain Planning Platforms in large international organisations? And do you want to help build The LEGO® Group’s platform from scratch and become a trusted advisor to our business?
If yes, we offer you the unique opportunity to join an international organisation with a strong brand and the possibility to set a strong mark on your career as well as our supply chain planning platform.
Become our expert on JDA software
As a Senior IT Consultant, you will join our Manufacturing and Supply Chain Technologies department, which delivers end-to-end digital IT products and services to the COO executive leadership team. Contributing to building the future supply chain planning platform and process, you will take the lead on translating business requirements into solid IT solutions. As our expert on JDA MPS, you will:
Act as a sounding board towards the business on the JDA product suite
Conduct system implementation in the form of design and analysis of business processes
Participate in prototyping and the creation of functional design specifications as well as data and function mapping
Provide support and formulate resolutions on user or operational issues
Protect and develop the LEGO Enterprise Platform to support the LEGO Group
In this position, you will be based in Enfield, CT (USA) and you can expect to travel 15-25 days a year.
Cross-cultural collaboration and room to develop
You will also play a key role in the Corporate IT team, where you join a group of experienced and enthusiastic colleagues, who design, develop and maintain our IT global solutions. Stepping into a culturally diverse team, you will get every chance to develop your skills as a functional team lead. We will encourage you to come up with new ideas and help shape the way we use JDA in the business.
Experience with supply chain management solutions
To succeed in this position, you are comfortable working independently. Most of your collaborations are virtual, so you need to be a self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan complex work. It is also an advantage if you have worked with multiple and culturally diverse subcontractors, so you know how to navigate in a complex environment.
Moreover, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can convey complex concepts to both technical and functional teams. You understand how to think and deliver against strategic principles, and you:
Have 3+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Architect, implementing SCM solutions using JDA applications in a global organisation
Have a degree in engineering, business, computer science or equivalent
Have solid experience in the JDA Enterprise Supply Planning module
Have experience with design and development of SCM processes and blueprinting as well as developing process flows
Speak and write English effortlessly
