We are looking for a service-minded colleague who is proactive and ready to support the Finnish sales team with various office administration and office move related tasks.

Tasks

One of your main tasks is to coordinate our office move. Our current office space does not support our sales team’s needs anymore, and as an office assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the details of the office move from scouting suitable office spaces to finally preparing the actual move. Your other tasks will vary from day to day: you will handle post and invoices, ship goods, accept deliveries etc. In addition, you will assist the sales team with smaller ad hoc tasks.

You will be based in Helsinki, Finland and work 2 days a week until end of 2018. We are fully flexible with dates and timing.

Pragmatic and willing to help

As a student worker, a major part of your job is to help out to coordinate the office move and make sure the office runs smoothly. • Must be enrolled in a Finnish school

• Are able to work independently and at the same time as part of a team

• Great social and communication skills

• Good organizing skills

• Service-minded

• You speak and write Finnish fluently

• You speak and write English effortlessly
