For the position of Filed sales representative (Area Manager) in LEGO Turkey we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate that sees LEGO as a long-term career opportunity.

Your specific tasks include:

The Area Manager is responsible for the in-store execution in the assigned territory (Central Anatolia Region, Black Sea Region, Mediterranean Region, Southeastern Region of Anatolia). He/she should secure flawless execution of LEGO in all stores: right mix of relevant assortment, relevant POS materials, branding at POS, planogram, best location etc.

  • Ensure flawless ‘every day’ in-store execution; right mix of relevant assortment, relevant POS materials, branding at POS, planogram, best location etc.

  • Best-in-class novelty launches and executions of national campaigns

  • Deliver on the above through the daily responsibility of merchandisers in the region secure flawless ‘every day’ in-store execution; launch novelties and national campaigns

  • Build strong partnership with retailer area managers and store managers and utilize this to grow the LEGO business

  • Strong collaboration with Field Sales colleagues as well as stakeholders from Sales, Marketing And Operations

  • Travel frequently to the regions in Eastern Turkey + Monthly trips to Istanbul for meetings in the office.

“Devil is in the detail” – and this person needs to have full focus on the small details of the in-store execution.

Furthermore, to have strong interpersonal skills is the key in this job in order to establish good relationships with retailer area and store managers. A true passion to improve in-store execution for a loved brand.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 1-3 years field sales experience

  • understanding effective promotional mechanisms and being familiar with (trade) marketing

  • English: upper intermediate (written and oral)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field

  • Drivers licence is a must
