We are offering an opportunity to join the team in LEGO EMEA Regional Distribution centre in Jirny (Prague-East).The team is responsible for the final stages in the LEGO Supply Chain within the EMEA Region. Working with our 3rd party partners executes Warehousing, Picking, Packing and Delivery of Customer Orders and Returns. Including complains on service provided.

This role gives the opportunity to tackle important area for improvement, which is the customer satisfaction through solving and preventing troubles in transport and delivery.

Conduct complex cargo claims processing and suggest preventive actions

• Administration, evaluation and negotiation more severe and complex claims and returns to a successful resolution and in compliance with company standards

• Responsibility for managing cooperation with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve successful resolution of claims and returns

• Identification of areas for improvement in company standards based on claims and returns evaluation to prevent possible problems

• Taking ownership of developing and maintaining open and trusting working relationships within company and all involved partners

Experience in processing and evaluating customer claims

• 3-5 years of claims processing or customer service experience

• Experience in any transport (marine or cargo or inland) industry is a must

• Strong communication skills towards individuals and groups, via the telephone, skype and in writing, fluent English is a must

• Ability to cope with tense situations and still take care of openness and trust in working relations

• Analytic thinking to evaluate damages

• MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word
