In the position as office assistant you will be working in an energetic international environment.

You will learn to work in a sales organization & gain knowledge in multi-tasking. We are looking for a service-minded colleague that are proactive and ready to support the Norwegian sales team.

Task

In the role, you will have a chance to work in an international environment with one of the most valued brands in the world. You will be in contact with different areas of the business and the task will vary from month to month. As office assistant you will be making sure that the office is structured, and to ensure that it will be a welcoming environment for both co-workers and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will be postal service, office supplies, and invoice administration. You will also assist the sales organization with various smaller tasks.

You will be based in Lysaker, Norway and work 2 days a week until end of 2018. We are fully flexible with dates and timing.

Pragmatic and willing to help

As a student worker, a major part of your job is to do various ad hoc and day-to-day tasks. Your qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a Norwegian school

• Are able to work independently and at the same time as part of a team

• Great social and communication skills

• Good organizing skills

• Service-minded

• You speak and write Norwegian fluently

• You speak and write English effortlessly
