The awesome multinational team of marketers, who is building and developing the LEGO brand in Poland, Ukraine and Baltics is currently looking for a Marketing Director in Poland! Are you interested in?

Be a guardian of LEGO brand in Poland, Ukraine and Baltics!

In this key role you will lead an international team (8 colleagues covering Brand, Trade and Digital Marketing) and together with them you will be responsible for all the marketing activities including marketing strategy development (based on LEGO Global and Regional strategy), campaign planning and its execution across consumer, trade and in-store marketing to strengthen LEGO’s brand equity, consumer penetration and to drive business. As part of the local Poland/Ukraine/Baltics Leadership Team, you will play an important role in creation, driving and execution of Business Unit strategic plans. More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and establish a strong marketing team through team development sessions, regular individual feedback and coaching

  • Upskill the team in digital marketing area

  • Achieve/exceed the consumer sales target and establish our beloved brand among the kids by implementing the best-in-class consumer marketing

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration across function within the BU’s and the Leadership Team to implement flowless end-to-end business planning and executions

  • Be an influencer of Regional Marketing team to drive right projects for the Business Units

  • Translate global priorities into local brand strategies

  • Activate Global marketing tool box with local consumer insights, shopper and market knowledge

  • Develop an annual communications plan including traditional media, digital, events, instore, and PR

  • Manage the marketing planning process including marketing budget, sales forecasting, active in sales, marketing and operation

Do you have what it takes?

  • University master’s degree (preferably: Marketing related)

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience by international companies/brands

  • Strong track record on business performance and significant people leadership experience within marketing function (Preferably Director or Senior Manager level in e-commerce, FMCG or technology industries) + Experience as a local Leadership Team member is a big asset

  • A commercial mindset, self-motivated and highly self-driven attitude

  • Strong passion for working across functions (sales, marketing, operations and leadership teams)

  • Fluent English in writing and speaking (Polish language knowledge is NOT a requirement)

  • Ability to travel internationally regularly (Minimum 2x a month)
